Prevents Hayes 2400 Smart Modem from communicating with alarm panels
I was able to install a Windows 10 device without any problems. Connected the unit to a Hayes 2400 Smart Modem and used the alarm software to boot the system. Got a handshake with the alarm center but hung up immediately.
