I like that we can use it to track our employees hours throughout their week as well give them access for vacation requests or sick days etc! There are some features you may not be able utilize yet but keep in mind they will come soon enough (at least thats what i heard). We started using this software about 3 months ago so there's still room for improvement when compared to other programs out here right now (such us Paychex!). It does have alot more bells & whistles than others at its price range however if your looking into something simple just try another program until one comes along better suited towards YOUR needs/situation then go ahead an purchase!! Tracking employee timesheets easily throughtout each pay period was huge help since everyone had different schedules during any given month due t he fact most people work varying amounts per shift depending upon how busy.
