There was a problem with this pump as soon as the box was opened. There were no instructions so we tried to assemble it. It had so many pieces and I had no idea which went where. I went to the site but it wasn't easy to find out. We went to Revain reviews and someone suggested using a drain pump hose so we bought this. Still not working. My husband and daughter tried for hours to pump out the water but nothing. Finally, on the 4th day, our neighbor came up. After 3 hours everything worked. He provided parts other than the data and we only needed 2 or 3 connections. We used it to pump water out of the lake to water our gardens and lawns. When they are together she seems to pump water well.
