Lumbar support Hard plastic. No pillow, nothing. This is how a thin person hurts their lower back from this bar after an hour of sitting. I tried moving it but no change. The fit and adjustment is great, but the lack of cushions makes it a pain. I couldn't get any of the 4 screws into the seat because every single screw I tried to fit into the whole thing fell off. Now I'm sitting crooked because of the missing screw. The headrest is also not very strong and sits too low. it's under my shoulder now so it doesn't help much. I locked the swing with the lever, but I'm still able to recline more than I should. So again not very helpful. I will be returning this chair and will definitely be looking for something else.
