I buy this vacuum sealer to store and cook food. The Precision Cooker Bar requires food to be sealed in a vacuum bag for reheating. So this is what I need. This vacuum sealer is lightweight (probably plastic) and I can easily operate it with one hand. It comes with a small vacuum bag roll. The touch panel is easy to use. It's also compatible with external vacuum (although I don't need that), but maybe in the near future. I used to use a vacuum sealer in my lab to vacuum everything. This food grade one is easier to use as it has a similar cutter that you can use to cut plastic food storage wrap. The guide also includes instructions on how to store and age the products. Some improvements and suggestions: The webpage should have video instructions instead of words (I REALLY don't want to read words). The instructions are in English only, no Spanish. It would be great if there was a "hot" icon on the overuse panel as the panel can get hot.
