Package arrived on time and in perfect condition. Exactly as described, bright red with carrying/storage case. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING the battery life is. I haven't charged it since the very first charge when I got it and I've been listening to audiobooks and music for 3 days, about 4-6 hours every day and I only have 80% left. The only thing I would have liked was the Bluetooth range, but even that's pretty far, I just hate having to stop my audiobooks to get something out of the garage. I am very satisfied with this product.
