Part rattles after 3 1/2 months.

The fan Fan has started to rattle. Every time I'm driving and hit a small bump, it rattles. I had to buy a new one and stopped knocking. I check the fan that is attached to the motor and it bounces up and down making the noise I heard. I would like to return it and get credit for something else as I had to buy another one.
