The best thing about this product was that it allowed me all of my information in 1 place! I could easily go back into any incident report if needed (without having 2 different programs open).

This has been helpful when creating reports as well; I can attach an Incident Report with just some basic details then have more detailed info filled out later so there are no missing pieces from previous entries/reports. It would be ideal however not many companies do business like Smartplan does - they're willing & able put their customers first which makes them stand apart among other similar products available today.- Incidents being tracked through several systems at once instead using separate apps each time required extra steps than necessary since everything wasn't stored together under ONE platform where i had access without going backwards / forwards between pages etc.. We've used smartPlan before but now we use our own custom made solution called APS.
