God great! Can't live without! It's also a great back brace! Only thing is my husband can't reach me lol. Oh, I'm not pregnant. LAUGH OUT LOUD. My grandson lifted one side and got in beside me. I have told friends about this pillow, my pregnant cousin can't live without it now and like me my 3 cousins have lupus and other health issues and it helps us sleep better.
