Review on 🎥 TOTMC USB 2.0 Video Capture Adapter: Windows XP/2000/Vista/7/8 Compatible by Jeff Vasquez

I was looking forward to using this product, especially after seeing some people using Windows 10 successfully. So upon arrival I immediately connected the cables, installed the software, did all the updates and started - before the process. For what it is and for the backups I plan to take, the picture quality was decent, as was the sound. Everything went well. Showbiz), I hit stop. At this point, this 4.5 to 5 star product started losing stars. The file was NOT saved. I keep getting the message "Capture Failed". I searched the web for a few days and also downloaded the latest driver I had. I even emailed customer service a few times (no-), made phone calls and left v/m's.Nuthin'. So, after a few weeks of frustration, no results, and realizing that this is one of those "those" companies that don't care about customers, I'm sending this piece of junk back.
