Review on COCHARM by Joseph Mannasseh

My first time shopping at COCHARM's internet store was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction on my part. My expectations were not met by the quality of the clothing and accessories, as many of the items gave the impression of being manufactured on the cheap and with poor construction. In particular, the sneakers did not fit correctly and were very uncomfortable to wear. I attempted to contact customer support in order to discuss my issues and start the process of returning the product; however, I was met with unresponsiveness and a lack of willingness to assist me. It is abundantly obvious that COCHARM does not place a high priority on the satisfaction of their customers. In addition, the variety of products did not offer the same degree of exclusivity as was advertised. I was able to find products that were comparable on other websites at prices that were lower and of higher quality. In general, COCHARM is not a store that I would recommend to anyone searching for one-of-a-kind, high-quality garments or accessories. A disappointing purchasing experience is the result of subpar quality, a lack of customer service, and prices that are not competitive in the market.
