ATTENTION! If you are replacing an existing leaky faucet with good quality hardware then this faucet is a great choice. However, the fittings that come with this faucet are not up to par, making it impossible to install. The rigid plastic under sink conical self-centering washer is not supplied with this faucet, therefore it is not possible to install the faucet on a granite countertop without it. The chrome top disc is thin and has a very sharp edge, unlike the chrome top disc on my original faucet which was much heavier material and had a smooth edge. I used original vintage faucet hardware and a top rubber grommet which made installation easier on my granite countertop. The installation will not work without old parts. The mounting hardware that came with my faucet included 3 different sized rubber washers (the largest is still too small to have a watertight faucet gasket), a star washer and nut, a 1/4 inch water pipe retaining nut and thin Chrome. Top washing machine With these factory fittings, you can not install the faucet on the countertop, and then water will still come out from under the faucet.
