Review on DmofwHi Gooseneck Electric Kettle - 1.0L, Stainless Steel BPA Free Classic Pour Over Coffee & Tea Kettle - Green by Ronny Goodman

First off it's cute and I love the gooseneck. Bought it in December and shipped it to Jamaica, started using it on the first night (January 9th). 2021). When I saw it at customs I was surprised because the collar is different from what was advertised. It's as if it was painted with a matte dispersion and the other with Berger 404 (oil paint)1. Color is much darker than advertised and smaller, didn't realize it was so small. When it arrived I had to revise my order to confirm it was the same. Plastic parts are cheap and look cheap -3. When the water is heated, a loud click is heard, but the kettle does not turn off, and the water begins to pour out from the top and, as it were, comes out from the bottom. The first time I used it I thought I put too much water in it, so the third time I filled it halfway and the same thing happened4. It heats up very quickly although I need a $40 refund could I get a nicer and more functional kettle. Has anyone heard of a kettle that doesn't turn off automatically when the water boils? Sending it back is too expensive for me. See example A above. I will post a video soon
