I am an ultrasound/ultrasound specialist. Our arms and shoulders are used and abused. With increasing patient numbers, shorter scan times and increasing body weight/overweight of the patients... my left shoulder hurts constantly and I've only been out of action for 3 years despite correct ergonomics. This article was super helpful. I just bring it to the door when I feel the need and it really helps relieve muscle tension! It's easy to use and doesn't take up much space. $50 is a bit pricey but I'm glad I got it. You don't have to leave it open, so just put it on when you need to use it and take it off afterwards. It's not difficult at all. A bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it will be easy. I only give 4 stars because of the price. I've been using it for a month with no problems.
