The ability for our HR team with multiple locations across several states can now aggregate all their employees into one place so they have access to everything at once without having to go back and forth between different databases or systems.

It would help if there was an option where you could export your information out but I know thats not possible right now. If this solution had more customization options we wouldn't need another system from them! We've been able to centralize employee profiles which has helped us manage payroll better as well as provide centralized training opportunities when needed.
