Well built product but as others have reported it does not fit my HVG mount. Although a fake can be suitable for airsoft. ***Update: The main problem with the loose mount is that the locking tab and the release button are too close together. When the clasp is inserted far enough to engage the tongue, the button is still lightly depressed. A small force is enough to loosen the bracket. Using a small flat file on the mounting base where the tab secures the camera mount, I removed a very small amount of material, about 15-20 seconds of filing. This was enough to fully and securely attach the mount to the base. After the upgrade I have used the mount on my helmet with great success. I am very glad I was able to mount this mount as it is truly metal unlike most mounts currently available and at such a great price. I would definitely recommend this mount, even if it takes a bit of work to get it to fit perfectly. Hope that helps!
