Review on Park Tool DCW-1 13mm-18mm Double Ended Cone Wrench Kit for Bicycles by Brian Douglas

These keys arrived yesterday, each of the four is individually wrapped and is exactly as described. This morning I used 13/15 and 17/18 to service a front hub on an old Schwinn mountain bike that I received. This was my first unsuccessful attempt to service a hub with standard keys (to avoid buying that particular type of key). have a longer and more comfortable handle and nicer jaws, and I was concerned about my ability to do the job. Luckily my new wrenches have worked fantastic, fit my cones and locknuts with great accuracy, are long enough to get the leverage I need, work on all five of my bikes that require different sizes of wrenches and are with mine finance compatible. The real test, however, is how these cone wrenches stand the test of time. I expect they will become very reliable over time as my Park Tool set of allen wrenches (seven wrenches in a swiss army knife type tool) I bought twenty years ago is still the best tool today . A woman in her mid 60's with no mechanical skills tries to learn about bike repair and Schwinn repair as a project. So if I can successfully use these wonderful Cone Wrenches, anyone can!
