I like that you can create your own groups for different issues, or even have multiple issue-based subgroups to help with group management in general (which is hard!).
It's also great we are able to give feedback back via surveys! Sometimes it takes days before responses show up after submitting one - but there has been no delay when responding directly from within our site either way so far as i know. Nothing really at this point; maybe more options would be nice? Not sure of their intended use though since they're not actively being used yet by my organization. We've had some success using them during public events such as town hall meetings to get questions answered quickly/easily if people want answers right away instead of waiting until later once everyone leaves.
