I bought this for professional kitchen use. I have found very few white options required for my kitchen. The sizing is great and I can't stress enough how nice it is to take the straps off your neck. The quick release mechanism is also a godsend as I might have to take it off a few times during a shift. It cleans fairly well, although keeping whites pure white when cleaning at home is very difficult. My only real downside was that it had *too* many pockets and loops. I didn't care if I had room in my apron, but the pockets and towel loops tended to snag on the countertop, and the fridge doors ripped at the seams, so I had to remove everything but the center breast pocket. . The fabric itself was quite durable and I don't think this will be a problem for the home cook or user.
