Good quality thermometer
Installation was simple, as other users have noted. Just remove 2 nuts, pull the old unit out, install the new one, and torque down the nuts. I hope and expect it to last another 5 years.

- Easy to replace. One bolt. Works and looks just like the old one.
- The bolts in the back could not handle the heat ,so they melted off on our food.
