Our new 24 inch TV weighs about 4 pounds and is perfectly stable on this stand. I've had monitors this size weigh three times as much, so I think people with stability issues have much heavier devices regardless of size. The stand itself is very solid. Tips: Stability: If this is your problem, you can add a counterweight to the back, top, or side of the rack. Remove the rack cap and hang a rock or whatever with hook and string/rope/wire or secure with velcro. Cable Management: We have a small xfinity 'flex' wireless box which you see strapped to the back of our stand in the photos. The white wire is an extension cord, a TV and a flute are connected to it. There is also an HDMI cable from the Flex to the TV. So you could use some zip ties to get it off, but I ripped the cap off the stand post and stuffed most of the extra wire in there. beautiful at the back? Not much, but all you can see from the front is the white power cord. Hooray. Tilt Adjustment: These aren't built in, but cheap stands and mounts still fail this vertical adjustment over time. It said; If you need more or less constant adjustment, you can tilt the screen a few degrees with the included washers. To tilt it up, slide it over the bottom screws between the VESA plate and the screen. Instead, lean down. Do not overtighten the screws or you could damage the threads, making unscrewing very painful. Attention: if it is a small screen like ours, this VESA universal plate can cover some of the inputs on the back. On ours, it only covers the power cord connector, so I had to plug it in before attaching the plate.
