I really want to give 5 stars here. When first installed there was a slight leak from the threads as if the threads were not tightened enough. It was getting late so I took a shower and decided to fix it the next day. The water pressure and all the different settings were just amazing. The next day I removed it from the pipe from the wall (where it flowed from). I cleaned all the threads, removed the previous tape, applied new tape and reinstalled. It was worse than before. So I took it off again and looked at the connection point on the shower head and below, and lo and behold, there was a small crack. Very disappointed with the quality of the connection points. Tried to contact the company, got no response. I bought a shower stall from another company.
