For some reason it was like malt chocolate, Which I do not like. Plus, it blends just as well as my other one (I use a blender so I'm sure the carrots blend well). The protein content was comparable to my other, but I can't speak to the quality of the ingredients as I'm not a testing lab, but I'll let you know if I'm growing a third hand that I can go back to, more hands equals more weight, and who doesn't want that.? I think the last thing I liked was that it was a bit thicker than my other cocktail, we call this other brand ON <wink>. Pros: * Tastes good if you like malt chocolate * Mixes well (again, I use a blender so I hope it doesn't leave lumps) * I found it thicker/creamy than my regular protein. Cons: * There was a malty flavor which I didn't like
