I bought these devices because of the Bluetooth capability. Unfortunately, every Bluetooth device I've tried it with has given poor results. There was a noticeable lag, and mostly the first few words were cut off at every VOX sensitivity setting I tried. There are other UI annoyances that make them uncomfortable to work with. Of course, unless you're over a body of water, the range is nowhere near the 28 or 32 miles they claim. The Cobra package says 32 miles and that's just dishonest advertising. If you don't care about Bluetooth, get Baofeng instead.
