I have been using this software for over 2 years now, which has helped our sales team tremendously by providing them with accurate information about their pipeline of leads, helping to build more productive teams that are able to close more deals. This is also very helpful when it comes to managing your existing leads, allowing us to filter down to specific companies we wish to reach out to. I dislike that in order to get the best results from this product, you must be willing to dedicate some time to learning how to use it. In order to take full advantage of this product, someone new to lead management would need to spend considerable time watching tutorials/videos to learn how this tool works. It has allowed our sales team to close more deals, and reduce the amount of "cold" prospects that they need to follow up with.
