The best part is that you get to see all of your prospects at once which makes it easy for our team to manage their pipeline. It can be difficult sometimes because there are so many features/tools available but I think they have gotten better over time. We love using this tool! Its saved us tons of time in managing our pipeline as well as finding new opportunities. Definitely give it a try if you're looking to streamline your pipeline management process. Not much to dislike about Big Picture. They do an excellent job with customer service and responding quickly when necessary. Their support staff has been very helpful throughout my tenure working here. If you work in Sales, Account Management or Marketing; this system will help you immensely by automating some tasks so that you spend more time doing what you enjoy (selling) rather than repetitive tasks.
