The platform is very intuitive to use, with some nice features that make managing your plan really easy. It's also really affordable compared to other platforms like ours. I wish they would add in more flexibility into the plans themselves. As it stands, there are too many rules that you must adhere to or else your plan won't qualify. We have been able to build out new benefit types and create custom plans that meet our members needs. They are responsive when we need help and have always done their best to provide a great solution.
