am very upset right now - defective product
Received this backpack today and am very disappointed to find a hole in the front pocket. The zipper does not reach the fabric of the backpack. We have purchased several of these backpacks over the years. Received this through a Prime purchase which is no longer available for most styles. School starts in a few days and I don't have the time or money to order another one. Totally freaked out!
