The picture does not COMPLETELY reflect what is happening; Phone sensors amplify ANY available light by about 100,000,000 times (exaggerating the effect). Temper your expectations of the output, knowing that most of what you see in my image is the phone's sensor, which is picking up more light than "really". Also, my front panel is lit by two 140mm Corsair AF 140mm red LED fans. However, the fans do not functionally provide any lighting inside the case, so all the light you see from the window comes from the LEDs in the product description, and the light coming from the front comes from the fans. As in my case (Corsair 450D AF) the LEDs emit a fairly even light front to back, due to the thick window frame in this particular case it is very difficult to see that the LEDs do not cover the full length of the body and that they are LEDs. instead of cathode lamps/LEDs without diffusers. The wires are VERY thin and insanely easy to work with if you can thread the MOLEX connector through the holes in your case, and since the wires are black and SMALL it's easy to make them functionally invisible. They are about as thick (but twice as thick) as the wires on a regular power switch connector. If you have a large body, consider that they emit light over a short distance. Front to back (as I said) the coverage is consistent and fairly good BUT top to bottom there is sort of a "dead zone" in the middle in my case. This is NOT a product issue. They light the center tower hull, just buy 4 of these instead of 2 like I did if you have a large hull. If you have a smaller case or want subdued lighting, 2 in the kit should suffice. Also, the magnets included in the circuit boards effectively held the weight of the LED strip on my case while I was doing this. don't move things. If I move the case there is a 50/50 chance that the top LED strip will fall off. But while my case is stationary, there have been no problems. The top LED strip doesn't always fall off when the case is moved, but it does. Before turning on the PC after transport, just make sure it's seated properly. So why 4 stars? The connectors are VERY tight when plugged in and due to the magnetic issues mentioned earlier.
