Flashlights are waterproof, with waterproof connectors right down to the power supply, which itself isn't waterproof. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Everything you need is included in the box, including a battery for the remote control and a power supply for the lights. NUMBER OF BULBS AND LENGTH: Bulbs are spaced approximately 8 inches apart. separately. There are a total of 25 bulbs over a length of approximately 16.6 feet. CONNECT TO HELP: Like most individually addressable, pre-assembled lamp kits, they SHOULD NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE FINAL CIRCUIT, at least not right out of the box. The end is not connected, just the end of the 3-pin cable. Adding a connector is easy, but you need power before you can connect another filament. PROBLEMS: I have several of these lights from different vendors/manufacturers but these are the only ones where the last half of the cord sometimes flickers in random colors. . I don't know why, but it just happens. That's why I deducted a star. FINAL VERDICT: Not bad for the price, the lights look like regular C9 style Christmas lights, only faceted and with the added benefit of being unbreakable and addressable/programmable. The wires are incredibly thin, so I would recommend being careful when handling them to avoid damaging the flimsy, flimsy wires.
