Disappointed with purchase

That's a great idea but the design has serious flaws, one of which is I had to injure my hand putting this thing on the vent. There is also no manual for the product. I would recommend soaking it in very hot water for about 10-15 minutes, after which you can move the kite to vent. However, the kite does not sit upright there, it is offset to the side and falls slightly after the vapor has passed through. I would not recommend this product to anyone at all.
