The winaero wei tool's performance index was 8.4 out of 9.9 (perhaps because of the disk's slow speed, which had an index of 5.9). I advise making your decision based on the test results (for instance, on cpubenchmark), as it gave me some direction even though this information might also be purchased. I'm hoping some of it is true.
