I bought this 8" Executive Plus chef's knife on Prime Day on a whim but I wasn't very optimistic - I thought it was too big but I thought it was would be possible Send it back if you don't like it. Turns out I love it. I have fairly large hands - the grip is perfect and the weight and balance of the knife in the pincer grip is so comfortable. This one really, really surprised me. I've compared it to Yaxell, Enso, Miyabi and Dalstrong and this one - along with Miyabi Artisan - comes out on top.
