You are not listed on the Rancho website as an authorized online store. These are the same ranches that come with this truck. 2014 F-250 Super Duty, all in stock. Attention buyers. The salesman immediately fired me like I was converting a truck. The photo shows that there is no elevator and there are no problems with the installation. Lesson learned I think.
