Review on 🔌 Metra 70-8116 Amplifier Bypass Harness for 2000-2004 Toyota Vehicles with JBL Amplified System by Dave Wheeler

Great Bypass Harness! Lexus IS300 2004 Many extra cables. Some lines remained unused. Lots of tips/tips for installation online but always missing some technical details. There are many ways to make this setting. Check all connections before applying power to the system. Dual Dyne Pioneer Touch with built-in amplifier. There is no subwoofer. Factory amplifier expanded. Installed aftermarket 6x9 rear speakers (requires brackets) with factory rear connectors. Don't burn your car by twisting wires and wrapping tape around them. Cover or tape unused wire ends. DO NOT use Toyota factory rear speakers. You can fry the main unit's internal amplifier. * Metra bypass wiring harness * 1st radio connector - blue wire not used. Straight ahead.2. Amplifier Connection - Yellow striped, brown striped, green striped, red striped wire was not used. I used the factory rear connectors (the striped wires that went to the woofer section). This means that with the METRA wiring harness, the rear right wires (PURPLE) had to be reattached where the yellow and brown wires were. The sound is great, everything works.
