Bought to replace a pair of pedals that are similar in design and construction. However, the old ones had very sharp edges on the screws/bolts that connect my shoes. As a result, stopping on the hill for a drink could and did result in multiple injuries and minor localized infections. Wow, I need those pedals. They are beautiful in appearance, pin-like contact with your shoes, but not prone to hurting your feet easily. They roll off smoothly and are large enough to properly support the foot. So far I'm happy with them. As for the installation, there were no problems with it. You will need to use a large allen wrench to tighten them. No effort at all. I think I like the way the pedal wrench is installed better though. Overall not bad pedals, decent price, decent setup. As long as they work well.
