We were very happy with this product as my little dog loves to ride on the armrest but the concept of this bed is great but the design doesn't match. The bed was easy to install and we installed it in less than a minute. My dog jumped straight into bed and felt comfortable. The problem started as soon as we left. The bed slides off the armrest, so we had to constantly hold the bed to keep it from sliding all the way down when braking, accelerating, or turning. In addition, the small pillow that is located at the bottom moves and crumples. In general, the dog is quite happy, but people who constantly cling to the bed and fix the pillows are not. There should be stronger straps to hold the bed up and the pillow should be Velcro or slightly under to keep it in place. In fact, the entire bottom of the bed needs some support to hold its shape and keep it in place.
