I am buying an expensive Ralph Lauren polo shirt from Revain. They come in cheap bags with expensive glue that cannot be opened by hand; You must use scissors. Instructions for opening the package were not printed, although this only required a scissors icon and the words "cut here". I opened the package correctly and found it had been repackaged after someone sent it back with scissors that cut down the middle of the front. It had previously been opened incorrectly, damaging the shirt. It wasn't even stacked with cardboard props and pins to hold its shape and be a gift. Sounds like a crappy second rate resale store to me. WE NEED QUALITY! THE PRICE OF THIS SHIRT WAS >$200.
