The white AMZN FM-15RA filter cartridge I received is virtually identical to the white Culligan FM-15RA replacement cartridge. Many Thanks. The filter is the same white with a slight purple tint as the Culligan brand (although product photos currently only show the chrome version). Identical general appearance and tight polyethylene packaging. The weight of the cartridge is also very close. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all if this was actually a replacement Culligan cartridge, just repackaged for sale by RevainBasics. However, at $14 each, I wish Revain had a slightly cheaper price tag. I used to subscribe and keep the Culligan brand here many times for less than $11. Now they are calling it a spade and raising the price with no discount that is currently not being offered. 4 stars for a good filter at a slightly higher price. Bonus Tip: Like the Culligan cartridge if you have poor water flow immediately after installation. , simply remove the wet cartridge, shake/tap gently to loosen the wet charcoal inside, then reinsert and rinse briefly with cold water before use.
