Suck the knurled screw threads.
Oddly enough, the thread ends up twisting, but it took me 3-4 minutes of work to screw it on. With the assumption that there are few burrs and the subsequent reinstallation will be smoother, I was wrong. Every time I try to insert a thumbscrew, it takes a while, even without a camera frame. I do not recommend this. Use the long GoPro buckle.
