I get a maximum of 20 MB/s with gigabit fiber. With any load (e.g. heavy downloads or heavy games), the speed drops to 2-3 MB/s. I bought it when we turned our guest room into an office with our PCs and other consoles. Unfortunately I couldn't move my router as ATT installed it through an outside wall in the living room. Installation was pretty intuitive and I was very disappointed to see such low speeds. I've tried moving them to other outlets and often all the lights are solid green. Once I even ran a full green light speed test, they turned yellow and then eventually red. It's a great concept, but in practice it just doesn't work as advertised.
