Patch and Quilt is a physical platform that operates retail store that provides patching and quilting works and supplies. The platform also offers a kind of training program for those who wishes to learn about patching or quilting and supplies of beginner's kit.

As much as I like the products and services that this platform offers, I think they still have a very long way to go to gain the customers trust and patronage. This is why I think so:

There is nothing to display to show users what they offer, I browsed the online address it gave and all I could find there was just mere description of what they claim to offer.

Another thing is that, the contact section contains only a phone number and a contact form which users will fill and submit together with their email address which in my opinion is not effective enough.

At least, I think there should be samples of the patching and quilting and other jobs it has done successfully on the website, that will attract more users for patronage.
