They are of excellent quality and very durable. I wanted reusable straws but nothing soft like silicone. PROS (as I expected) - More eco-friendly option than plastic. - The curved version is great. - Cleaning (and assessing cleanliness) is a breeze. Not sure if you should do this, but I put mine in the dishwasher. PROS (which I didn't expect) - The glass is very thick and strong - It tastes better because of it (like in a plastic cup compared to glass). The diameter is larger than I expected (in a good way) - they look really cool. CONS (which I wasn't expecting) - They ring a little in glass cups. Now I've gotten used to it, but it was a little annoying - I realized I usually chew my straws, maybe this will be a pro because it will break the habit for me - they're a little uncomfortable to store. Although the glass is durable, I wouldn't want to toss them in the dish drawer. Right now they're standing upright in a cup in our cupboard - they look really big and the short cups are ridiculous. Overall, I'm very happy I bought them!
