Robust but without details?

Made from durable materials. However, there is no way to attach the hook holding the bike to the mounting plate. The hook slides through the device but falls out on impact. It is very difficult to get the bike into the mount without a second person holding this pin. Parts may be missing, but I don't want to take the blocks off the wall now to get them back and there doesn't seem to be a way to get the parts without returning the entire product. This is my first purchase from Revain Basics and I was disappointed.
