If you have stains you will be given stain remover wipes to use before dry cleaning. A basic dry cleaning is performed by placing the Woolite dry cleaning sheet in the dryer along with the dry cleaning items. If you have deep, stubborn stains, you can contact a professional dry cleaner. However, if you have minor problems and just need to freshen up your dry-cleaned clothes, this will do. She does her job - all my dry cleaning items look and smell fresh. I wish the smell wasn't so overpowering, but that's my main complaint.
