Susan Bates Bamboo Handle hooks are the most comfortable hooks I've found. They are lightweight and the bamboo handle is just the right size to hold on to without straining or hurting your wrists. I have my current 2014 Susan Bates K crochet hook and it still knits perfect stitches and looks brand new despite daily use. The bamboo handle is still firmly attached; no relaxation at all. I have several different sizes of Susan Bates bamboo handle hooks. I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and wrist pain after breaking my wrist many years ago. I stopped knitting partly because of the pain. I missed crocheting and wanted to give a keepsake to each of my grandchildren; Blankets, gloves, hats, etc. A few years ago I started trying different hooks to find the one that caused as little pain as possible. These are the hooks I keep coming back to. I use this hook K more than any other to get the right stitch size when knitting tight stitches. I went back to buy a few more K hooks to have on hand just in case. I never want to be without him. These are the most comfortable hooks I've ever used. High quality without a high price.
