Great product so far! I had to purchase two Harbor Freight LED string lights to light up three sides of my patio cover. They only lasted a few years and decided on this single LED solar string. It has 8 modes like blinking, fading, alternating, etc. I chose steady on so as not to disturb the neighbors. I used Christmas themed lightbulb hangers to attach to the patio canopy. The solar panel is a good size and the battery keeps it going all night. I might update the performance of the battery and solar panel later. I would also like to see if the tube turns yellow like the Harbor Fright tube. The solar panel can be installed with a ground stake or a very small base with two screw holes. I had to improvise to double tape it over my patio.
