The hat for the nutcracker has a good tear

The wooden hat has a strong tear on the side, it reaches about halfway from the bottom. But the hat was well glued and stood stable. The crack is probably due to temperature fluctuations during storage. Otherwise, the paintwork was good and the details well thought out.
