My experience shopping online with AMGYM was less than satisfying, which surprised me given my expertise in the health and fitness business. In spite of the fact that they state that they offer high-quality apparatus for sports and outdoor activities, exercise and fitness, and strength training, my experience did not live up to these expectations. To begin, their website was difficult to navigate, with a cluttered layout and few choices for search engines to choose from. Because the product explanations were insufficient and lacking in critical information, it was difficult for me to choose the appropriate apparatus to meet my requirements. In addition, the customer support that I was provided with by AMGYM was below average. In spite of the fact that I contacted them on multiple occasions with questions and concerns regarding my purchase, I was only given generic responses that did not address the issues that were particular to me. In addition, the apparatus that was sent to me did not live up to the expectations that I had for it. The machines were of poor construction, which made working out uncomfortable, and the weights were unevenly distributed, which made it difficult to achieve proper technique when doing strength training. In general, if someone were to ask me for advice on where to buy dependable and efficient exercise apparatus, I would not recommend AMGYM. The process of shopping with them online is aggravating and unclear, and the quality of both their products and their customer support is underwhelming.
