Great solution for connecting a second monitor

This cable worked great to connect my second monitor to my 10 year old laptop and use the second monitor as an extended screen. I simply installed the driver from the CD that came with it, restarted my computer, connected the monitor to my laptop with a cable and it worked straight away! Since USB is not ideal for transferring graphics, there are some imperfections in the text of the documents. The entire text is still legible, these are only minor imperfections. A very affordable product and highly recommended if you are looking to connect a second monitor and have limited ports on your computer to work with!
